KARLA ELIAS | DIRECTOR
Karla Elias is the proud mother of two young girls. Elli her first born is attending a Spanish Immersion School in SE Portland and Maya her youngest is enrolled at Uno Dos Tres Academy. She has been married to her college sweetheart for 7 years, but they have been best friends for many more.
Karla comes from a devoted family that taught her to pursue her life’s passion, so at an early age she took the steps necessary to follow her life’s dream. While attending college she worked as a teacher for many child care centers and head start programs. She graduated from Portland State University with her Bachelor’s Degree in Child and Family Studies, specializing in Early Childhood Education. Karla has taught parenting classes for low income families, has worked with special needs children, and has assisted families with state programs..

SARAH GRAVES | MAESTRA LOS PATITIOS
Hola, I am Sarah Graves and I am very excited to get to know the children and families at the uno, dos, tres academy. I have always loved working with children because we always have so much fun and can be silly together. I recently moved from Bellingham, Washington and I am excited about becoming part of the Portland community.
I have worked with children since I was 13 when I was a camp counselor at a YMCA camp. I have also worked in multiple childcare centers including a Spanish immersion preschool in Bellingham.
I studied Spanish at Western Washington University and am excited about starting a real career as a preschool teacher. MORE

Hello Uno, Dos, Tres Academy Families,
My name is Lizbeth Trujillo, I am from Mexico City.
I move to the United States in 2001. Since I started working with kids I discovered how much I enjoy working with them!
I have over three years of experience with infants, toddlers, preschoolers and kindergarten.
I am also attending Portland Community College in order to finish my education as an Early Childhood Educator.
In my free time I like to read and play with my nieces.
I am very excited to be part of uno, dos, tres academy, and I am also very excited to get to know your children and your awesome family, I am sure working in this great academy will be such an awesome experience! MORE
